Delivery Information
At this moment in time we can only offer delivery to customers within the UK. Delivery is £3.95 per order for unlimited items. If you order is over the value of £50.00 then it will be delivered free of shipping charge. That is a good excuse to get together and place an order with your friends. We generally use Royal Mail for our delivery service and all items are sent by Recorded service and will require a signature at the delivery address. If there is nobody at your designated delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left by Royal Mail with instructions of how to collect your item from your local sorting office. If the item is not collected by you from the sorting office within 7 days , then the parcel will be returned to ourselves. If we receive an item back from Royal Mail which was not collected , we will refund you the cost of your order minus the delivery charge (£3.95) via Paypal. Items In Stock Items that are classified on our pages as "in stock" should be sent out for delivery within 3 days for delivery to you in approx 5 days. In reality most in stock deliveries will be received by yourself in approx 3 days, but due to circumstances sometimes beyond our control we ask that you allow between 14-21 days for all deliveries where possible. We will always endeavour to deliver your goods in a prompt and efficient manner. Non Specified categories Items that are not classified as IN STOCK when you place your order will generally be delivered to yourself in approx 7 days (although often less). We ask that you allow 14-21 days for delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Our Stock is being rotated on an hourly basis and it may be possible that an item with a status of IN STOCK may have gone out of stock whilst you place your order. If you do have a specific delivery time/requirement, we ask that you contact us first "contact@shopforfancydress.co.uk" to check stock on a particular item first before ordering. Please note that at busy times of year such as Christmas, Halloween, New year etc that there may be a delay in your delivery due to high stock rotation and mail services being effected. We may be able to offer alternative delivery solutions such as "Royal mail Special delivery" which are generally faster once we release the items for delivery. If you require this service please email us first as there will be an additional cost involved to you. |
